Windows usb midi monitor5/7/2023 Are you getting any error messages when connecting the device to your PC?.Went to the Piano Marvel site but the same outcome occurred- the site did not read my signals from the MIDI key board. The device appeared in "game controllers" I installed another DAW in that computer- Cake Walk and was able to get the computer and DAW to read my signals from the AKM keypad. They did list on my main computer, but did not light up the site indicator for a MIDI signal being receivedĪlso: I activated a Windows 7 computer here and plugged in the AKM320 MIDI. I did open the Piano Marvel site and try to get a recognition of either keyboard, and non were even listed. I did the same with theĪCORN Masterkey 49 with the same results. I plugged in the AKM320 MIDI keyboard - (no drivers needed) The system sounded but did not show the AKM320 in Device Manager. Yes.I just hooked up a Dell Pro Windows 10 laptop purchased late last year. Have you tried testing the device to a different PC and the same issue occurs?.Just checked and both MIDI keyboards are listed. Have you already checked if the device shows in the Device Manager?.MIDI KEYBOARD NOT DETECTED BY PIANOMARVEL INSTRUCTION SITE My laptop is a Dell Inspi2 in 1 i5-1135g7, 12gb memory, 515gb SSD Ableton Live can receive MIDI from an external computer keyboard plugged in over USB using the Computer MIDI Keyboard feature, which is interesting. However, no MIDI is received when the DeepMind 12 is plugged in over USB. Traditional 5-pin DIN MIDI does work using an audio interface, Ableton Live and the MIDI monitor can receive MIDI signals from a DeepMind 12 connected over 5-pin DIN. I have also updated the BIOS to version 1.1.7. I have tried deleting some USB-MIDI drivers as I hear Windows only supports up to 10, which hasn't fixed the problem. I have tried numerous ways of connecting the devices on both available USB ports and through a USB hub to no avail. It is not a problem with the devices themselves, as they work fine on my older laptop. Both devices show up in Device Manager, but neither are recognised by Ableton Live nor a MIDI monitor I installed. I have connected 2 USB-MIDI devices a Casio CDP-120 and an Arturia Minilab to my laptop, and no MIDI signals are being received. I'm having issues with USB-MIDI connectivity.
